Starting this year, Administration will be visiting the branches to observe, listen, understand and follow through.
Starting in May 2010 Jennifer, Lisa, Jason, Maryland, and John will visit the same branch and spend some time watching and talking and learning about the work that we do. We hope to learn what works, what could be better, share ideas and get to know each branch better. As we note items that should be investigated or fixed, we will note them here on these wiki pages. After our visits, the 5 of us will meet to go over what we all have learned and share your suggestions. We feel by visiting and listening to you we can enhance the services at all library locations, improve communications, and reach our strategic plan goals and objectives.
