Objective: A specific, measurable, attainable, result-oriented and time-bound statement that outlines performance targets or major steps to achieve the goal.
Listed below are 2 Draft Goals to consider in the new strategic plan to take effect July 1, 2010. Please take a minute and suggest a goal for the strategic plan, or suggest an objective for one of the goals listed. We are in the brain storming phase so nothing is off limits.
Draft Goal #1 - ACLS has the adaptive capacity to be a sustainable high performing organization.
Draft Goal #2 - ACLS has the library spaces, materials, and services to assist, welcome, and delight customers every time.
